As the subscription is based on mobile numbers, users must sign in with
their mobile numbers only. Activated subscriptions can't be changed or
canceled once they've been set up on a specific phone number.

Subscribers' subscriptions begin on the day they recharge, regardless of when they
sign up. Recharges cannot be refunded or transferred to account once they have been
processed.
