Refund Policy

As the subscription is based on mobile numbers, users must sign in with their mobile numbers only. Activated subscriptions can't be changed or canceled once they've been set up on a specific phone number.
Please contact us if your subscription has not yet been activated after payment has been successful.

Subscribers' subscriptions begin on the day they recharge, regardless of when they sign up. Recharges cannot be refunded or transferred to account once they have been processed.
